Biography

Dante J. Wright is a co-founder of The Phoenix Trial Firm and represents clients throughout Hampton Roads and across Virginia in personal injury, criminal defense, DUI, and serious traffic matters. His practice is built on deliberate preparation, direct communication, and determined advocacy for people facing consequences that may affect their health, freedom, driving privileges, finances, or future.

Dante’s path to the courtroom shapes the way he serves clients. Raised in poverty and without the consistent support of his parents, he benefited from the mentorship of a judge who recognized his potential and helped change the direction of his life. That experience gave him a lasting commitment to standing beside people who feel outmatched, overlooked, or uncertain about what comes next.

A graduate of Virginia State University and North Carolina Central University School of Law, Dante has been recognized by Virginia State University as a Top 10 Under 10 honoree.
